Sairam’s Rover Team Earns Second Place at National Robotics Challenge, Honored by the President of India
We’re thrilled to announce that our Rover Development Team, comprising over 40 dedicated students, has secured the SECOND PRIZE in the prestigious IROC-U ISRO Robotics Challenge-URSC, celebrated on National Space Day! The award was presented by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, and Dr. S. Somnath, Secretary, DOS/Chairman, ISRO.
This remarkable achievement underscores our students’ exceptional talent and hard work and reinforces the tradition of excellence at Sairam. It also highlights the inspiring legacy of Dr. Veeramuthuvel, project director of Chandrayaan 3 and a proud Sairam alumnus, whose accomplishments continue to motivate and guide our future innovators.
